Users contacting FBCommunication through the company's e-mail inbox with requests for goods or services offered on the website (herein called "the Site") or for entrance into specific sections of the Site that are not free may be asked to follow the online procedure and to fill in the required fields with personal data.

FBCommunication will collect and process such personal data according to the provisions of the Italian Republic Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 (read more). Pursuant to Sec. 13 of said Legislative Decree, FBCommunication, as the Custodian of the data, hereby informs users about the purposes of the collection and the process method, as well as the limits of the communication or diffusion to third parties of the data collected and the nature of their communication by the users.

Not all sections of the Site require a disclosure of personal information. In such cases where users are asked to submit personal data, they will be required to read the present notice and to express their consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes indicated therein. Providing the data and the consent is not mandatory, but refusal will prohibit you from sending e-mails to the referred address and/or to access other services on the Site. All the data collected by FBCommunication will be processed with the utmost level of protection and security.

FBCommunication will not share users' personal data with third parties. In addition, FBCommunication will adopt adequate security measures in order to avoid loss of data, any unlawful or incorrect use of data, and unauthorized access. Users' data will be stored by FBCommunication for a reasonable period, not exceeding 5 years. Users are entitled to contact the data Custodian in order to exercise their rights as set out in Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003. In particular, pursuant to article 7 of said Legislative Decree users have the right to receive information concerning the data collection and data processing method and to obtain from the data Custodian updating and/or completion of the data.
